Role summary:The Senior Manager, Corporate Development and Integration, leads strategic initiatives across multiple functions to drive business growth and operational alignment. About the team:
The WMC Strategy and Planning - Integration Management Office drives strategic planning and execution for Walmart Connect’s key initiatives, focusing on integrating acquired businesses and unlocking long-term value. The team collaborates across functions and acquired companies to manage pre-close integration, Day 1 readiness, post-close integration, and value realization. It translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, establishes scalable operating models, and leads cross-functional initiatives involving technology, product, operations, finance, legal, HR, and commercial teams. Additionally, the team supports broader business strategy, planning, and growth efforts to align leadership on strategic direction and coordinated execution.
What you'll do:
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment across business units.
- Develop and implement corporate development strategies, including integration and divestment opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Manage multiple projects and work streams, overseeing timelines, resources, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
- Analyze complex business and financial data to inform decision-making and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Facilitate communication and change management frameworks to support strategic objectives and stakeholder alignment.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in strategy and /or corporate development (including mergers and acquisitions) with a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
- Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across multiple teams.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities to address complex and ambiguous challenges using varied analytical approaches.
- Experience managing multiple projects with effective resource allocation, timeline oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to analyze financial and business data to inform strategic decisions and support business planning.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and align teams with organizational objectives.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
