· Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects through financial analysis, business cases, stakeholder engagement, and other commercial finance activities as required.

· Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience, ideally gained within a top-tier accounting firm and/or a commercial finance environment.
· Demonstrable experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Management Reporting, or a similar finance function, supporting decision-making within a complex organisation.
· Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting, including the consolidation and analysis of financial results.
· Experience preparing high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and presentations for senior management and executive audiences.
· Proficiency in financial planning and reporting systems, with experience leveraging these tools to improve reporting, analysis, and business insight.
Skills
