The Managed Machine Identity Security (MMIS) Engineer provides advanced operational support for Managed Machine Identity Security Services. This role independently executes certificate lifecycle management tasks, engages with clients, and contributes to automation and service improvement initiatives.
How you'll make an impact
Monitor and action incoming incidents from ServiceNowÂ
Process certificate lifecycle requests (issuance, renewal, revocation)Â
Perform routine PKI maintenance and system health checksÂ
Participate in client meetings and manage routine client interactions independentlyÂ
Escalate complex or high-risk issues appropriatelyÂ
Maintain and update knowledgebase documentationÂ
Contribute to process improvement and certificate automation initiativesÂ
Support on-call rotation responsibilitiesÂ
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in PKI or certificate management environmentsÂ
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experienceÂ
Experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix environmentsÂ
Hands-on PKI experience including ADCS and CA administrationÂ
Intermediate PowerShell scripting and OpenSSL/certtool usageÂ
Strong problem-solving skills in production environmentsÂ
Ability to work independently with limited supervisionÂ
Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Experience with CLM platforms (Venafi, CyberArk, Keyfactor, DigiCert)Â preferred
Exposure to Azure or AWS environments preferred
Relevant certifications (VSA, VTIS, or similar)Â preferred
