PMO - Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a heavy-hitting Senior Project Manager / PMO to orchestrate our operational delivery and bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
This is a pivotal role where you will manage the executive team's task flow, streamline cross-departmental communication, and build a world-class delivery engine for our Tech and Creative teams.
🧩 What you’ll do
- Executive Delivery Management: Manage the executive team’s task backlog, ensuring every initiative is prioritized according to the company’s strategic goals;
- Tech & Creative Synergy: Design, implement, and maintain efficient workflows for Technical and Creative departments. Your goal is to standardize delivery and eliminate bottlenecks;
- Strategic Reporting: Organize high-level meetings, prepare progress reports for founders, and ensure transparency across all key milestones;
- Cross-departmental Orchestration: Act as the central nervous system of the company, ensuring seamless communication between Product, Art, Tech, and Marketing;
- Process Optimization: Audit existing processes and implement best practices to improve overall operational efficiency.
🧠 What you bring
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Project Management, with at least 3 years specifically in the iGaming industry in a PMO or Senior PM role;
- Methodology Expert: Deep practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Ability to choose and adapt the right framework to the team’s needs rather than following it blindly;
- iGaming Expertise: Deep understanding of the slot development lifecycle (from math and art to integration and launch);
- Proven Track Record: Concrete examples and metrics of how you’ve improved delivery speed, optimized team performance, or successfully launched complex projects;
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage expectations of founders and C-level executives;
- Language: Advanced English;
- Tool Mastery: as a plus: experience with ClickUp (automations, dashboards, workload management).
