Optimal is looking for aTalent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment expertise with a commercial mindset, enjoying both the challenge of identifying top talent and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full Talent Acquisition cycle, across various industries and functions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support throughout the hiring process
- Support business development activities through market mapping, networking, referrals, social media engagement, and participation in events
- Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and industry developments
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment methodologies, tools, and client deliverables
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Experience managing recruitment projects and interacting directly with clients and candidates
- Commercial awareness and interest in business development activities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Greek and English
