Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Optimal is looking for aSenior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate combines sharp recruitment instincts with a genuine drive for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full Talent Acquisition cycle, from sourcing top talent across multiple channels to delivering the right match for every client
• Guide clients through the entire hiring journey, from candidate presentation to offer and contract
• Nurture existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities for collaboration
• Connect with potential clients through social media, events, and networking to support business development and explore new markets
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Contribute to budget planning and supplier relationship management

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Executive Search, ideally in a consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Solid business development skills with a track record of client relationship management
• A deep sense of ownership and accountability in everything you do
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Sharp organizational and reporting skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
