Team Details
This individual will be working with a team of three that facilitates and manages the transfer of stocks, bonds, etc. into the firm which requires a transfer guarantee stamp. They also work to resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibility Summary/Job Description
• Processing, reviewing, and guaranteeing (stamping) manual transfers of investments.
• Gaining the required signatures before the investments can be sent to Edward Jones for processing
• Processing the transfer paperwork that is overnighted from the branches, and mailing or overnighting transfer paperwork to financial institutions
• Speak with individuals across the entire organization, both home office and branches.
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to build and manage relationships
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and manage relationships
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems with a focus on solutions
• Basic MS Office skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
