About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking anOperations Processorto support client maintenance activities and the implementation of treasury management products and services. In this role, you will review, validate, and process requests for existing and new clients, including granting access to products and services, ensuring customer information is accurately captured, and supporting timely implementations. You will partner with customer service representatives, relationship managers, sales teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate requests, manage implementation timelines, and deliver a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven experience working in deadline-driven environments while meeting service level requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
- Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
- Collect data and prepare related operational reports
- Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
- Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
- Coordinate projects
- Furnish information to authorized persons
- Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of back-office operations experience in a BPO, shared services, financial services, or operations environment.

Desired Qualifications:
- Completed at least two (2) years of college education in any field with no back subjects.
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control, Audit, Compliance Review, or Process Validation.
- Experience in banking operations, financial services, or back-office processing environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Preferably advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to work within established SLAs and turnaround times (TATs), manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.

Job Expectations:
- Provide maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services.
- Coordinate with customer service representatives and internal partners to support customer requests and ensure timely completion of implementations.
- Review, validate, and accurately capture customer implementation data while ensuring systems and access requests are processed correctly.
- Communicate product dependencies, monitor implementation timelines, and support issue resolution as needed.
- Serve as a liaison among clients, sales partners, vendors, Relationship Managers, and client service teams to deliver quality service and meet client needs.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and support continuous process improvement initiatives when applicable.
- Work Schedule:Quarterly rotating mid-shift and night-shift schedule; weekends off (Saturday and Sunday); observes US holidays; onsite work arrangement at Five/Neo, BGC, Taguig.
