Position Overview
The Operations Analyst will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s business operations by leveraging data-driven insights, managing workloads, tracking key financial and operational metrics, and ensuring ongoing operational excellence. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about using data to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Database Data Pulls: Extract, organize, and validate data from various databases to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making activities.
- Workload Management: Assist in the allocation and prioritization of tasks and projects across teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely completion of deliverables.
- Financial and Metric Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance and key business metrics.
- Prepare regular dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ongoing Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support for operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other common business applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
