What are we looking for?

We’re looking for aSenior Infra Engineer who’s excited to shape the backbone of our technology landscape. In this role, you'll join asmall, hands-on engineering team (2 people) where you’ll take strong ownership of our infrastructure and help drive its evolution.

Our environment ismainly hosted (Combell) with a growing cloud footprint. Your mission is tostabilize, modernize, and prepare it for future cloud adoption through containerization.

What are your key responsibilities?

• Manage ourMicrosoft ecosystem (Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, O365)
• Operate ourhosted infrastructure (Combell) + small Azure footprint
• Driveautomation (Terraform, scripting)
• Contribute tocontainerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Ensureperformance, reliability, and security
• ImproveCI/CD and monitoring
• Collaborate closely onarchitecture decisions

• 5+ years ininfra engineering
• StrongMicrosoft environment expertise
• Knowledge ofTerraform or automation tools
• Experience withhosted or hybrid setups is a plus
• Interest incontainers & modernization
• Ownership mindset, able to work in asmall, impactful team
