Open Placement Manager (63269)

The Open Placement Manager oversees program operations,staff performance, and participant outcomes to ensure high-quality, participant-centeredservicesthat result in job placement,retention, and long-term career success. This role balances program leadership with direct service, builds employer and community partnerships, and ensures compliancewith CARF standards and funding requirements while driving measurable impact across multiple programs or locations.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree fromanaccredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Rehabilitation, Education, or a related field, orequivalentknowledge,skills, and abilities acquired through acombinationof education, training, and progressively responsible professionalexperiencein workforce development or humanservices.

Program management and/or supervisoryexperienceand a minimum of five (5) yearsofwork experienceina related fieldrequired.

Knowledge and/orexperienceworking with persons with disabilities and/or disadvantagespreferred.
