Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruitingfully licensed California psychotherapists who are passionate about providing exceptional virtual mental health care.

Please note: At this time, we are only able to considerfully licensed California providers (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD). We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist)
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
• Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 clinical hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Telehealth experience
• Licensure in multiple states
• Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts
• Additional language proficiency (Spanish is highly desirable)
• Experience working with diverse or underserved populations

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and based on clinical expertise, years of experience, and licensure.
