The promise of AI agents is still unmet in complex, real-world business environments. Our mission is to make it possible for agents to reliably accomplish concrete and useful tasks.
Thatās why we're building **Alexandria,** the world's largest library of real-world business workflow datasets.
Over the next 6 months, build our we'll acquire and anonymize 3**00+ full data ecosystems** from real-world companies. This will allow us to
* become the leader of real business workflow data
* be in the best position to launch our own **data research lab in early 2027**, enabling new services that help companies around the world automate their workflows with AI
This summer we need to build our elite squad to move extremely fast and confirm our leading position on company data.
Our traction speaks for itself: we've signed 7 figures contracts with the **two largest AI labs in the world**, alongside recent partnerships with several smaller labs, all while being 100% bootstrapped. This summer, we're joining **Y Combinator**, which is accelerating everything.

# The job offer
š Paris (city center), on-site with 1 to 2 days WFH ; full remote possible during summer
š Start: as soon as you are available
š¼ Contract: full-time (CDI) - open to freelancing for the summer

* 3 co-founders (Pierre-Louis, CEO; GrƩgoire, CPO & COO; Thomas, CTO)
* 3 FTEs : 1 ML engineer and 2 ops.

Your missions
* **Recruit our team, fast.** Own hiring end-to-end: understand our needs with the founders, source, screen, and close the best people to help us build our elite squad this summer.
* **Build the pipeline.** Source proactively (LinkedIn, networks, communities), reach out, and keep candidates engaged with a great experience from first message to signature.
* **Sharpen how we hire.** Write clear job offers, structure our interview process, and help the team make fast, confident decisions.
* **Grow into HR.** Step by step, take ownership of the people side ā onboarding, contracts & admin, culture ā hand in hand with GrĆ©goire (COO).

* **5+ years in recruiting / talent acquisition** in a startup or fast-moving environment.
* **A great judge of people,** you quickly get what a role needs and who's the right fit.
* **Hands-on and autonomous,** you own your pipeline end-to-end and love moving fast.
* **Fluent in French and English**, with excellent communication.
