Freelance Video Editor (YouTube)

Pronto Marketing is a WordPress agency based in Bangkok. We publish one YouTube video every week (practical videos on WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, and marketing strategy) and we're looking for a freelance editor to cut them.

What you'll do

• Edit one long-form video a week (typically 5–13 minutes) from raw talking-head and screen-recording footage, following the written brief.
• Place our pre-built motion-graphic B-roll clips where the cue sheet says, and design original motion graphics when a video needs something extra.
• Follow our Editor Brand Bible: lower-thirds, on-screen labels, callouts, subscribe animation, end screen, and export settings are all specified for you.
• Blur any client data on the privacy list so it's completely unreadable.
• Deliver Draft 1 within 2 business days, and revisions within 1 business day. Most videos are done in two drafts.
• Communicate through the Asana task. That's where the brief, the feedback, and your delivery links live.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years editing talking-head or tutorial video, with published YouTube work you can link to.
• Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects (or Fusion) for motion graphics, with examples you designed yourself, not just templates.
• Good instincts for pacing: tight, clear, no fluff.
• Skilled in audio editing and sound enhancement as required. 
• Follows written specs and feedback checklists to the letter.
• Reliable turnaround, clear written English, and comfortable working async.
• Your own software and a machine that handles 4K source files. Able to invoice as a contractor.

Rate and terms

• US$70–110 per video depending on experience and complexity, covering the first draft and revisions through final approval.
• One video per week, ongoing. Invoiced monthly.
• Remote. Philippines-based candidates preferred. Reachable during Bangkok business hours (GMT+7).
