Job Title: Commissioning Leader

Experience Required: 10+ years (Saudi/GCC petrochemical experience preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experiencedCommissioning Leader to oversee and manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for petrochemical projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution in line with project specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure allpre-commissioning and commissioning activities comply with project contracts, schedules, and technical specifications.

• Lead thesafe and smooth execution of commissioning activities usingOPERCOM® andICAPS® systems.

• Review and approvecommissioning organization structures, procedures, planning, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with theProponent to develop commissioning strategies and actively participate inHSE programs.

• Managesystem and sub-system definitions and ensure properdossier preparation and readiness.

• Monitor contractor performance, track progress, and prepareregular progress reports.

• Organize, plan, and coordinate all commissioning execution activities across teams.

• Ensure compliance withhealth, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout all project phases.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum10+ years of experience in commissioning within the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.

• Prior experience inSaudi Arabia or GCC projects is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge ofcommissioning tools such as OPERCOM® and ICAPS®.

• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale commissioning teams.

• Excellent understanding ofHSE regulations and practices.

• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
