OnBase Application Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and maintenance for OnBase solutions.
• Configure and customize OnBase applications based on business requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support document management, workflow, and content management processes within OnBase.
• Perform application testing, issue analysis, and resolution validation.
• Manage incident, problem, and change requests related to OnBase applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution and application enhancements.
• Participate in application upgrades, patches, and deployment activities.
• Provide production support during night shifts as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in application support/development.
• Strong hands-on experience with OnBase platform.
• Good understanding of OnBase configuration, workflows, document management, and application support.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Good understanding of application lifecycle and support processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and night-shift schedule.
