YourJourney  

• Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, andstocked at all times 

• Provide exceptional customer service toguestsby greeting guests, addressing inquiries, andassisting withtowels and water 

• Complete the set up and break down of all service cabanas asdesignated by management 

• Performwalk through of the pool area monitoring andcleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure an impeccableand inviting environment 

• Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment 

• Promote poolside amenities and services, such as food and beverage offerings, cabana rentals, and poolside entertainment 

• Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, recreation, and guest services, to ensure seamless guest experiences  

• Deliver onguests’ expectations and have thedesire to create WOW moments 

• Performadditional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves  

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays 

• Team oriented  

• Basic communication skills 

• Hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements  

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over 

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift 

• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi- regular basis

The pay scale for the Pool Attendantposition is $15.92 per hour. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and may include other factors, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
