Lead Structure Engineer

• Lead overall offshore structural design, including topside steel structure, module support, deck structure and structural system optimization.

• Complete structural calculation, load analysis, global/local strength check and structural design verification in accordance with API, ABS, DNV and client specifications.

• Produce and review structural engineering deliverables, such as structural drawings, design basis, calculation reports and technical datasheets.

• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients and third-party authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure design consistency.

• Review vendor and subcontractor structural documents, provide technical validation and engineering guidance.

• Manage discipline workload, control design quality and progress, and mentor junior structural engineers.

• Provide technical support for construction, fabrication and commissioning stages as required.

• Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Ocean Engineering.

• 8+ years offshore oil & gas structural engineering experience, familiar with FPSO and offshore topside project design.

• Familiar with international offshore standards, structural analysis software and EPC project workflow.
