ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- We are seeking an experiencedLead Inventory Management Analyst to serve as an individual contributor and program lead driving the transformation of inventory management across manufacturing operations.
- The role will develop and execute the roadmap toward afully digitalized, data-driven and automated inventory management platform, integrating inventory governance, business-process digitalization, data analytics, IoT, factory automation and inline logistics.
- The successful candidate should possess strongbusiness acumen, process orientation, strategic thinking, program management and stakeholder-management capabilities, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and deliver measurable results.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Business or related discipline.
- Relevant experience ininventory management, manufacturing operations, digital transformation, operational excellence or factory automation.
- Strong understanding ofinventory control, Physical Inventory governance, manufacturing material flow and traceability.
- Working knowledge ofERP systems, preferably SAP, with familiarity in MES, WMS or shop-floor systems.
- Good understanding ofbusiness-process digitalization, data platforms, system integration and workflow automation.
- Working knowledge ofIoT and manufacturing automation technologies.
- Understanding of data analytics fromdescriptive, diagnostic, predictive to prescriptive analytics, with awareness of AI applications in manufacturing.
- Excellentproject/program management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strongbusiness acumen, process orientation, strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Highlygoal-, deadline- and result-oriented, with strong ownership and execution discipline.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
PREFERRED:
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics or high-volume automated manufacturing
- Develop and drive theend-to-end inventory management transformation roadmap aligned with factory automation and manufacturing strategies.
- Strengtheninventory governance, Physical Inventory controls, inventory accuracy, traceability, discrepancy management and preventive controls.
- Lead transformation across key processes includingwafer/component management, non-standard inventory, production accessories, cleaning processes, production kitting and material movement.
- Connect individual digitalization initiatives into anintegrated end-to-end inventory management platform.
- Drive development of astructured data platform to support digitalization, analytics, automation and future AI capabilities.
- Advance analytics fromdescriptive and diagnostic to predictive and prescriptive capabilities to enable better operational decisions and management-by-exception.
- Identify and drive applications ofIoT, RFID, sensors, real-time tracking and automated data capture to improve inventory visibility and material traceability.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation and IT to integrate inventory processes withfactory automation and inline logistics.
- Lead complex cross-functional programs with clearroadmaps, milestones, deadlines, risks, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, change adoption and execution across multiple functions while maintaining strong ownership for results.
