ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will support theInnovation Practice Area in Western Europe, working closely with theRegional Innovation Lead andWE SAI Business Partners to driveprofitable revenue growth, accelerateadoption of the full Innovation portfolio, and increasevisibility of Innovation internally and externally.

You will act as aregional and local portfolio and sales enabler, collaborating withBusiness Partners, Product Leadership, Delivery, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to support go‑to‑market execution and client activation across the entire innovation lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth Support

  • Support delivery of theInnovation WE Operating Plan (OP) by contributing toprofitable revenue growth.
  • Help identifygrowth opportunities, priority accounts, and entry points across the portfolio.
  • Track progress versus targets and proactively flagrisks, gaps, and opportunities.

Portfolio Focus

  • Drive thefull Innovation portfolio agenda in Western Europe, across the complete innovation lifecycle:
    • Opportunity identification and demand spaces
    • Idea creation and optimisation
    • Concept, product, and packaging validation
    • Forecasting and volumetric estimation
    • In‑market tracking and learning loops
  • Promotecross‑sell and full‑funnel adoption, connecting solutions into end‑to‑end client journeys.
  • Act as anInnovation portfolio ambassador, ensuring consistent positioning and value messaging.
  • Stay current onnew and AI‑enabled solutions as they enter the portfolio.

Client Engagement & Activation

  • Supportregional client engagement plans for priority accounts.
  • Assist client activation atHQ, regional, and local levels, in partnership with Business Partners.
  • Prepare client‑ready materials to supportstrategic discussions and decision‑making.

Sales Process & Deal Support

  • Support theend‑to‑end sales process, including:
    • Opportunity shaping
    • Proposal development
    • RFI/RFP responses
  • Work closely withBusiness Partners, Sales Enablement, and Delivery to ensure quality, speed, and consistency.

Sales Enablement & Materials

  • Create and adaptsales enablement assets covering the whole portfolio, including:
    • Commercial decks
    • Proposal decks
    • Demo scripts
    • Sales campaign content and playbooks
    • Training plans and internal briefs
  • Ensure materials areclient‑centric, outcome‑led, and aligned with global strategy.

Events, Webinars & Thought Leadership

  • Supportregional client meetings related to the Innovation Practice Area.
  • Act as avisible Innovation representative in:
    • Client events
    • Webinars
    • Internal forums
  • Contribute to increasingInnovation awareness, credibility, and engagement.

Strategy Execution & Ways of Working

  • Support implementation of theglobal Innovation sales and portfolio strategy at regional level.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensurealignment, scalability, and execution discipline.
  • Share structured feedback from the field to improvesolutions, messaging, and processes.

Core KPIs

  • Revenue Contribution
    • Contribution to monthly and quarterly Innovation revenue targets.
    • Supportmargin‑positive growth across the portfolio.
  • Sales Effectiveness
    • Improvedsales conversion rates.
    • Reducedsales cycle time through better deal support and materials.
  • Portfolio Adoption & Market Awareness
    • Increasedcross‑sell and multi‑solution adoption in priority accounts.
    • Increased internal readiness and enablement across the full portfolio.
    • Increased participation inclient events, webinars, and Innovation engagements.

Skillset

  • Strong expertise in BASES / Innovation solutions across the full lifecycle, from opportunity identification to in‑market tracking.
  • Ability toconnect solutions into end‑to‑end client narratives, not single products.
  • Highsense of ownership and urgency to drive client outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills acrosssales, delivery, and product teams.
  • Ability to build and maintaintrusted client relationships.
  • Stronganalytical, logical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Clear and confidentcommunicator, including client presentations and events.
  • Structured,strategic thinker with a commercial mindset.
  • Strongproject management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • Experience insales, consulting, or consumer research.
  • Proven ability to supporthigh‑performing commercial teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Good knowledge ofNielsenIQ products, services, and data preferred.
  • Stronganalytical skills andsales acumen.
