Shift:1st: Must be available weekends and holidays

Hourly Wage: $17.00

As a Groundskeeper, a typical day will include:  

• Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance which may include landscaping work, garbage removal, and/or sweeping. 

• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., toidentify defects).   

• Removal of snow and maintenance of ice management (if applicable).   

• Cleans/maintains grills and grilling areas. 

• Removes trash from resort grounds. 

• Reports any safety or Engineering issues on the grounds. 

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests andanticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Becomea Groundskeeper at MVW:  

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time. 

• Grasp, turn, and manipulateobjects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.   

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs withoutassistance. 

• Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policyin accordance with applicable legal requirements.
