Primary Function of Position:
The Ion Endoluminal Sales Associate (ETA) is primarily focused on ensuring the successful and frequent
utilization of the Ion Endoluminal system. Working under the guidance of the Endoluminal Sales
Representative (ESR) and the Endoluminal Program Manager (EPM), the ESA specializes in providing on-site
support for clinical procedures, training hospital staff on system operations, and ensuring readiness of the
system and consumables. By facilitating procedural workflows and assisting clinical education, the ETA helps
reinforce the value of the Ion Endoluminal system at the point of care while supporting the broader territory
goals of the ESR.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to physicians and hospital staff to ensure the optimal utility of the system, consumables and software features
- Frequent activities typically include:
- Procedure support
- Training of hospital care teams
- Facilitating peer to peer events and case observations
- Technology training labs
- Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary/bronchoscopy specialties
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of the pulmonary/bronchoscopy space is a plus
- Microsoft Office expertise
- Minimum Bachelorโs degree required
