REPORTING:

Reports to the OIM/Master and the Program HR Manager.

SUPERVISION:

None

Pre-Requisite/Qualification:

Completed 2 years of college related coursework

• Demonstratea high level of oral and written communications.
• Validmedical examination certificates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attendand participate in all required Safety and Operational meetings.
• Communicate"Sea Project / Sea Term Course" requirements to relevant Area Authority.
• Managetime effectively to ensure full completion of "Sea Project / Sea Term Course" Requirements prior to Disembarking Vessel.

OPERATIONS:

Ensureconformance to Company policies, local and international regulations relating to the operation of the rig, and current pollution regulations.

• Completethe requirements within the Operation Internship Program.
• Assistwith carrying out periodic maintenance according to AIMguidelines and coordinate that maintenance with supervisors and other department heads.
• Applythe permit to work and isolation systems as required.

HSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Protectpersonnel, the environment, and assets by eliminating hazards and reducing health and safety risks.
• UnderstandCompany OI & HSE requirements applicable to the job position.
• Executework in accordance with Company OI & HSE requirements.
• Calla Time Out when a real or perceived at risk behavior or unsafe condition is observed.
• UseWorkSight ENGAGE during the execution of planned work.
• Reportall incidents, potential hazards, or abnormal situations to a supervisor.
• Incorporatethe Control of Work process into all work, whether working alone or as part of a team.
• Understandand implement major accident barriers / controls applicable to the job position.
• Maintaina safe and organized work area throughout and on completion of all work.
• Understandyour role in an emergency, as designated in the Emergency Response Plan and Station Bill.
• Participatein all emergency drills and exercises, as required.

PERSONNEL:

• Meetthe training requirements according to the applicable training matrix.
• Maintaindiscipline onboard and ensure compliance with Company disciplinary procedures.
• Representthe relevant Maritime Academy with Distinction while employed with Transocean.
• Communicateregularly with HR Program Manager: Sea project progress, offshore experience, and address concerns immediately.
