The candidate will be part of a multifunctional group that defines,develops and delivers innovativedevice and process solutions to enable and enhance technology platforms needed for ADI’s long term scale and success in power products. The person should have a deepunderstanding of semiconductordevices andsilicon processing technology.Â

 Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:Â
Designsemiconductordevicesanddefine process DOE splits in thefabÂ
Setup test measurements in lab and collect automated data as neededÂ
Experience with CMOS technology development, characterization, modeling, or process integration.
Experience with semiconductor device characterization, device physics, and TCAD simulation tools (Sentaurus, Silvaco, or similar)
Define optimum process and device layoutsÂ
Support technology qualification and implementationfor new productsÂ
Support production ramp up ofnew technologies and productsÂ

Minimum Qualifications:Â
Advanced degree in electrical engineering, materialscience or similar discipline. PhD is preferred.
Expertise in lab measurement and data analysis toolsÂ
Strong analytical mind, problem solving skills, goodcommunicator and team playerÂ

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $110,385 to $151,808.Actual wage offered may vary depending onwork location, experience, education, training, external market data, internalpay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
