The candidate will be part of a multifunctional group that defines,develops and delivers innovativedevice and process solutions to enable and enhance technology platforms needed for ADI’s long term scale and success in power products. The person should have a deepunderstanding of semiconductordevices andsilicon processing technology. 

 Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to: 

• Designsemiconductordevicesanddefine process DOE splits in thefab 

• Setup test measurements in lab and collect automated data as needed 

• Experience with CMOS technology development, characterization, modeling, or process integration.

• Experience with semiconductor device characterization, device physics, and TCAD simulation tools (Sentaurus, Silvaco, or similar)

• Define optimum process and device layouts 

• Support technology qualification and implementationfor new products 

• Support production ramp up ofnew technologies and products 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Advanced degree in electrical engineering, materialscience or similar discipline. PhD is preferred.

• Expertise in lab measurement and data analysis tools 

• Strong analytical mind, problem solving skills, goodcommunicator and team player
