Application Specialist

Main Tasks

• Ensures the development and implementation of the application training goals to all customers after sales in the respective regions in China market
• Bulid and devlops customer relationship in China
• Builds market potential for further business development in the market
• Implements best training practices, resource planning, and customer analysis, with in-depth reporting to DM on all findings
• Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, makes recommendations on business strategies
• Supports presales promotion on technical-oriented competitive negotiation and tenderings to RSM

Requirements

Education

Bachelor Degree or above in Biology or physics preferred.

Experience

• Minimal 2 years of academic research experiences in China in biology or biomedical environment.
• Lived and worked in the respected regions
• Solid imaging technolog, optics or microscopy experiences
• Excellent service or application track record, ideally in Chinese medical or microscopy environment for international company
• Training management experiences and technical sensitivity preferred
