Responsibilities

• Create scalable backend architectures and services and support them in production
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ship high-quality software products
• Perform code reviews and share input to uphold team coding standards
• Resolve complex technical problems and improve development efficiency
• Integrate third-party APIs and services in a reliable way
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for new and existing functionality
• Champion best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Help improve team workflows and grow shared technical know-how continuously

Requirements

• Proven relevant experience of 3 years in software engineering
• Strong capability to build and support applications using Python
• Track record of incorporating AI or Large Language Models (LLM) into software solutions
• Solid knowledge of database design, administration, and tuning
• Hands-on proficiency with Git for source control and collaboration
• Working experience with Django or Flask and other Python web frameworks
• Practical understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment practices
• Sound understanding of security principles and how they translate into implementation
• Demonstrated experience delivering authentication and authorization features
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Excellent English skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) for written and spoken communication
