Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend architectures and services and keep them running reliably
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software products
• Review code and provide feedback to uphold team coding standards
• Improve performance and resolve complex technical issues effectively
• Coordinate integrations with third-party APIs and external services
• Maintain clear technical documentation for new and existing functionality
• Follow and advocate best practices across the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows and technical know-how

Requirements

• Proven background with 3 years of relevant software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining applications using Python
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI or Large Language Models (LLM) into software solutions
• Strong knowledge of database design, administration, and tuning
• Practical proficiency with Git for source control and team collaboration
• Working experience with Django or Flask and other Python web frameworks
• Solid understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment practices
• Good grasp of security principles and how they translate into implementation
• Demonstrated experience delivering authentication and authorization features
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Excellent English skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) for written and spoken communication
