Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Business Analystto evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and develop and implement effective solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in driving process optimization and bridging the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Perform requirements analysis to support business objectives
• Document and communicate the results of your efforts in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement tailored solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in GenAI for BA Productivity & SDLC
• Expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
• Skills in conducting requirements analysis and developing user stories with acceptance criteria
• Capability to lead business process reviews and implement optimization strategies
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage cross-functional teams and management
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
