Senior Business Analyst

We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive background in digital transformation projects, with particular emphasis on eCommerce and Content Management Systems (CMS). This position calls for collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that promote business growth and digital innovation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong history of gathering and analyzing business requirements, crafting solutions, and driving project success within dynamic, ever-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, concentrating on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions
• Engage with critical stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors, to understand business objectives and turn them into functional and technical specifications
• Execute detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to strengthen digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations
• Keep business goals and technology solutions in sync by working closely with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners
• Assess and document current systems, processes, and data flows to spot opportunities for improvement or automation
• Steer the creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for projects within an Agile/Scrum setting
• Support and influence the roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and user experience remain a priority
• Perform risk assessments and effectively communicate the potential impact of changes to stakeholders
• Host workshops, presentations, and meetings to collect feedback, align on project objectives, and provide regular status updates
• Aid during testing phases, ensuring business requirements are met through rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related area (Master's degree viewed as a bonus)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with an emphasis on digital transformation projects
• Significant experience with eCommerce platforms, such as SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, or CommerceTools
• Working familiarity with CMS tools, including Contentful, Contentstack, WordPress, or comparable platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering for complex systems and produce clear, actionable specifications
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies, with practical experience in an Agile project setting
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into insights that support business decision-making
• Proficient in business process modeling, BPMN, and workflow diagrams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with digital collaboration and project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Good English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with a background in direct communication with customers
