Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Business Analystwith a strong background in digital transformation projects, specifically in eCommerce and Content Management Systems (CMS). This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive business growth and digital innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery in dynamic and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, with a focus on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors, to understand business objectives and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to enhance digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions by working closely with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners
• Analyze and document existing systems, processes, and data flows, identifying opportunities for improvement or automation
• Drive the creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for projects within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Support and help shape the roadmap of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and user experience are optimized
• Perform risk assessments and clearly communicate the potential impact of changes to stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather feedback, align on project goals, and provide ongoing updates
• Contribute to testing phases, ensuring business requirements are met through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital transformation projects
• Strong experience with eCommerce platforms, such as SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, or CommerceTools
• Familiarity with CMS tools, including Contentful, Contentstack, WordPress, or similar
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering for complex systems and create clear, actionable specifications
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies, with experience working in an Agile project environment
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into insights that support business decisions
• Proficiency in business process modeling, BPMN, and workflow diagrams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with digital collaboration and project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Good English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with experience in direct communication with customers
