You will supportGlovonot only in the day-to-day activities most closely related to the business (such asnegotiating contracts andproviding all-round advice) but also throughregulatory complexities, ensuringcomplianceandenabling innovation, making surecorporate matters are properly handled as well aslitigations. You will get to address challenges such asevolving laws,competition issues,laboranddata privacy, while defininglegal frameworks that support growth. This role requires legal expertise, adaptability and a problem-solving mindset.

THE JOURNEY 

• Support Glovo in day-to-day business activities, including contract negotiation and providing comprehensive legal advice.
• Navigate regulatory complexities, ensuring compliance and enabling business innovation.
• Manage corporate matters and litigations, while defining legal frameworks that support sustainable growth.
• Address evolving legal landscapes, including competition, labor, and data privacy issues.
• Collaborate closely with the local Moroccan team and the HQ legal team to provide qualitative and timely legal support.
• Drive the expansion of the role's scopewithin Morocco as the company continues to grow.

• 5 to 7 years ofrelevant experience, with a background in legal departments of reputable companies or top-tier law firms.
• Strong grounding incommercial law,consumer law, andantitrust/competition law.
• Proven experience in managingcorporate governance andmatters.
• Tangible experience inmanaging litigations andamicable settlements.
• Excellent English,Arabic, andFrench(Native/Fluent).
• Adaptabilityto a fast-paced environment like Glovo.
• Ability toorganizeandprioritize effectively.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments effectively.
