• Management of the Product Committee
• Identifying customer requirements from Operating Units
• Maintaining records of mold types within Huhtamaki
• Summarizing requirements and parameters for new mold development
• Cooperating on the development of new molds
• Launching pilot samples of new products in HCR, including ramp-up team management
• Validating new products for standard production
• Proposing modifications to existing molds for alternative production equipment
• Developing packaging solutions for new products
• Modifying packaging for existing products to increase efficiency or packaging quality
