What You'll Do

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department or team member.
• Provide accurate information, take detailed messages, and communicate customer requests promptly.
• Identify customer needs and connect customers with the appropriate dealership resource.
• Page employees and relay messages accurately and efficiently.
• Support customer service and administrative activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and showroom.
• Follow established customer service, telephone, privacy, and confidentiality procedures.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, receptionist, administrative, hospitality, retail, automotive, or a related role.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Confidence learning new technology and dealership systems.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
