DevOps Engineer

We're looking for aDevOps Engineer to join our CMS BDAMAX team, supporting a federal program that directly impacts the Medicare experience for millions of Americans.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and maintainCI/CD pipelines including automated scanning, testing, and deployment workflows
• Provision and manage infrastructure usingTerraform with emphasis on reusable modules and secure configuration baselines
• Manage and optimizeAWS infrastructure includingEKS,ECS,Fargate,EC2,S3,RDS Aurora PostgreSQL, andSecrets Manager
• Work withKubernetes and containerized environments includingArgo Workflows
• Support enterprise adoption of AI engineering platforms includingAmazon Bedrock,GitHub Copilot,Gemini, andCursor
• Partner with DevOps, Architecture, and Development teams to implement reliable, scalable infrastructure patterns
• Build internal tooling to support development and operational workflows

What you’ll bring:

• Hands-on experience withAWS and core cloud infrastructure management
• Experience building and maintainingCI/CD pipelines withJenkins
• Proficiency withTerraform for infrastructure provisioning and environment management
• Experience withKubernetes and containerized deployments
• Familiarity withArgo Workflows is a plus
• Thrives in a remote, collaborativeAgile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with a cross-functional team
• Communicates clearly and openly, whether documenting infrastructure decisions or coordinating with engineering teams

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Compensation:

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $100,000 – $145,000
