We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.

Responsibilities and Duties

OCT currently has an opening for aProduct Support Managerto work with our federal client, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assistant Program Executive Office (APEO) for Acquisition (APEO-A). This position reports to the Program Manager performing Systems Engineering and Technical Engineering (SETA): Support Services. This is a funded position beginning on March 1, 2025, and seeks immediate fill.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

● Support the DCSA APEO-A in providing Product Support services to the Department of Defense Acquisition Category (ACAT) Programs.

● Performing a full range of administrative and technical duties within Research Development and Engineering organizations, Requirements/Capabilities organizations, and other DoD-related acquisition organizations.

● Programmatic support including planning procurement actions, monitoring deliveries, assessing future requirements, preparing milestone documentation, preparing integrated master schedules, coordinating contract requirements packages, and analyzing data.

● Assimilating needed results from testing, acquisition program baselines, acquisition strategies, key performance parameters, risk analysis, and life cycle cost estimates.

● Provides administrative-type support to technical and management-level personnel.

● Provides documentation planning and support, project administration, general office support, executive secretarial support, human resource planning, event planning and administration, office relocation planning, mail services, records, data input, etc.

● Manages and oversees all aspects of logistics support functions required to field and maintain the readiness and operational capability of IT systems.

● Has overall responsibility to support the planning, administration, process and development of documents to assist in implementing new and revised policies, and directives supporting the product support strategies and plans.

Requirements:

● Applicants must have at least eight (8) years of experience as a member of a team that managed and executed responsibility for cost, schedule, performance, and risk within an acquisition program.

● Must be a US Citizen with a Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.

● Ability to interface with senior levels of management.

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 commensurate with experience, education, etc.
