Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define reference architecture for commercial data and AI products aligned with enterprise standards
  • Architect integration between data platforms and AI tools for omnichannel engagement and analytics
  • Design scalable, modular solutions supporting multiple markets, brands, and data domains
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to guide solution delivery
  • Enable full lifecycle of data and AI within secure, compliant environments
  • Ensure architectural compliance with GxP, data privacy, and consent management standards
  • Recommend modern technologies to enhance personalization, targeting, and performance analytics

 

Essential Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional architecture efforts across business, data, and technology teams
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and privacy regulations in pharmaceutical commercial settings
  • Experience with commercial pharma data ecosystems such as IQVIA, Veeva, and Symphony
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and marketing automation tools
  • Expertise in integrating solutions across Martech, CRM, and omnichannel systems
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures supporting commercial use cases like recommendation engines and predictive analytics

 

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, preferably in pharmaceutical commercial functions
