Position Summary

The FP&A - Jr. Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities across the organization. This role provides an excellent opportunity for early-career finance professionals to develop technical finance expertise, analytical capabilities, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills while partnering with finance and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
• Assist in preparing management reports, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), presentations, and ad hoc analyses.
• Perform account reconciliations, data validation, and financial control activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
• Work with large datasets and leverage analytical tools to generate actionable business insights.
• Support variance analysis by investigating actual versus plan performance and preparing meaningful explanations.
• Collaborate with finance teams and business stakeholders to understand operational drivers and support informed decision-making.
• Utilize finance systems and planning tools such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot and automation solutions to improve productivity, analysis, and reporting efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation of recurring activities.
• Support internal and external audit requirements through timely and accurate documentation.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• ACCA/CMA/CPA or equivalent professional finance qualification.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Audit, or Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate curiosity, learning agility, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to financial planning, forecasting, reporting, or business analysis.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, or similar finance systems.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of data visualization and storytelling techniques.
