And we’re looking for aCustomer Service Representative to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Handle English- and Mandarin-speaking customer inquiries, calls, messages, and CRM records.
Prepare/review estimates, product details, pricing, and glass/order information.
Send invoices, collect deposits, follow up with customers, coordinate approvals, and support scheduling.
