Sales & Business Development

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to lead the team in achieving annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Actively develop new business opportunities with a high degree of independence and initiative.
• Proactively schedule and conduct regular customer visits to identify needs and drive growth.
• Collect and analyze customer information and monitor competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Develop customer sales forecasts and manage account profitability.

Customer Relationship Management

• Provide professional and satisfactory solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels.

Technical & Product Expertise

• Develop a thorough understanding of company product applications and performance characteristics.
• Independently (or in collaboration with the Technical Application team) prepare and deliver product application plans and proposals.
• Stay current with industry trends, cleaning chemical knowledge, and laundry/hygiene processes.

Operational & Reporting

• Proficiently utilize company sales tools and systems to manage pipeline and activities.
• Timely completion of monthly sales reports.
• Develop and maintain accurate customer sales forecasts and profit management plans.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education

• Associate degree or above (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Business, Chemistry, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and hygiene solutions.
• Familiarity with laundry/washing processes and operations is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in team management or leadership is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of cleaning chemical products, applications, and industry standards. Familiarity with the laundry sector is a plus.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and deliver against targets.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
• Self-Management: Strong self-discipline, time management, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Team Collaboration: Good team spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Training Requirements

• English presentation skills.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (or willingness to obtain).
• Regular participation in company technical training programs to enhance professional capabilities.

• Standard office and field-based working environment.

• Regular travel to customer sites within Hong Kong is expected.
