Are You Someone Who Can:

• Provideaccurate and responsive administrative support, including processing servicing requests, preparingquotations and completing related administrative activities within agreed turnaround times.
• Support the contracting and onboarding process for Individual Financial Advisors, ensuring that documentation is complete,accurate and progressed efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters between Independent Financial Advisors, Business ManagementConsultants and relevant FirstRand business units.
• Build trusted working relationships with Independent Financial Advisors and support them in improving service delivery to their end clients.
• Deliver exceptional service by proactivelyidentifying needs, resolvingqueries and providingappropriate, practical solutions.
• Maintainaccurate records, track outstandingmatters and follow through to resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Apply sound judgement, attention to detail and relevant process requirements when handling client,adviser and product-related information.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve operational challenges and contribute to continuous service and process improvement.

You Will Be an Ideal Candidate If You Have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience working with Group Risk, IndividualLife and Investment products.
• Matric / Grade 12
• A relevant diploma or equivalent qualification, which will beadvantageous.
• Experience using relevant internal life insurance systems and supporting product or servicing processes.
• Highproficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word,Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability and willingness to travel locally whenrequired.
