Process and Quotation Management

• Identify and organize the necessary resources for the costing and quotation process forSpare & Wear Parts.
• Establish priorities during the costing and quotation processes.
• Directly manage the response, follow-up, and status updates in the ERP system forRegular Opex Opportunities, from reception to obtaining the Purchase Order (PO).
• Ensure the timely delivery of client-requested proposals through portals or email.
• Monitor the continuous update of required information in the ERP system to guarantee accurate quotation issuance.
• Ensure the proper registration of POs in the Microsiga system, including creating the corresponding shared folders.
