Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the Henan territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Promote analytical instrumentation solutions to customers in pharmaceutical, environmental, food, academic, government, and industrial sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including customer visits, opportunity identification, quotations, negotiations, tenders, and contract execution.
• Work closely with application and service teams to support customer projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide regular business updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or scientific products.
• Knowledge of analytical technologies such as ICPMS, or related instrumentation is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Henan Province.

Preferred

• Existing customer network in universities, research institutes, testing laboratories, pharma companies, or government agencies in Henan.
• Experience with capital equipment sales and tender processes.
