We partner closely with customers, technical fellows, and product teams tovalidate ideas quickly, fail fast, and iterate rapidly. Role Summary

We are seeking aSolutions Architect to join theStrategic Solutions / GTM team within Forge. In this role, you’ll work on thecutting edge of Data Intelligence and AI Physics, engaging with strategic customers to understand their engineering workflows, shape adoption strategies, and influence product direction.

This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role where you willbridge customers, product teams, and field teams, helping validate hypotheses, accelerate adoption, and deliver value fromnext-generation, AI-driven engineering workflows, includingagentic engineering andAI Physics simulation models.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to engage withstrategic customers, uncovering workflows and technical needs across simulation, data, and AI.

• Designend-to-end solutions leveragingRescale Data Intelligence andRescale AI Physics to enable next-generation engineering workflows.

• Set thestrategic vision for engagement by aligning Rescale’sData Intelligence and AI Physics capabilities with customer priorities in simulation, AI, and digital engineering.

• Build trusted relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders, from engineers totechnical fellows, to influence adoption strategies and long-term technology roadmaps.

• Capture and documentcustomer requirements, workflow gaps, and adoption blockers.

• Provide structuredfield feedback to Product and Engineering to guide roadmap prioritization and the evolution ofagentic engineering capabilities.

• Collaborate oniterative testing cycles to validate new features and capabilities before GA release.

• Develop technical collateral, includingsolution briefs, integration guides, and best practices forAI Physics and agentic engineering workflows.

• Support internal enablement by contributing totraining materials and field readiness resources for Data & AI.

• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success toaccelerate adoption and drive measurable impact ofData Intelligence andAI Physics solutions.

• Operate as astrategic overlay on top of Rescale’s core team, providingData & AI guidance to elevate customer engagements, definestrategic implementation plans, and ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience

  • 3–6 years insolutions architecture, customer success, technical consulting, or product-facing engineering roles.

  • Track record of working effectively infast-moving, experimental environments, where iteration and adaptability are key.

• Technical & Strategic Expertise

  • Familiarity withsimulation workflows, engineering data management, or AI/ML integration.

  • Understanding ofAI Physics models,agentic engineering workflows, or next-generation digital engineering strategies.

  • Ability to translate complex technical workflows intoclear customer value and strategic implementation plans.

• Customer Engagement & Communication

  • Skilled in conductingtechnical and executive discovery sessions, building trust with engineering leaders and technical fellows.

  • Strong communicator, able to articulatestrategy, technical value, and AI-driven innovation across audiences from engineers to executives.

• Product & Adoption Focus

  • A strong business mindset able to drivecustomer adoption, inform product direction, and influence commercial outcomes.

  • Experience running pilots or early-access programs thatvalidate product-market fit and lead to broader adoption.

• Mindset & Cultural Fit

  • Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, with abias for action and a fail-fast, learn-fast mindset.

  • Passionate aboutinnovation, AI-driven engineering, and helping customers adopt cutting-edge technologies.

• Nice to Have

  • Domain experience in one or more of Rescale’s key verticals:automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, life sciences, or semiconductors.
