As a Field Sales Consultant, you'll meet withqualified homeowners who have already requested an appointment. No cold calling. No prospecting. Your job is to run the appointment, present the solution, overcome objections, andclose the sale.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners

• Build rapport and uncover customer needs

• Present customized kitchen solutions

• Overcome objections andask for the sale

• Manage your appointments independently

• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Resilient and comfortable overcoming objections

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and accountable

• Previous in-home, outside, B2C, or commission-based sales experience strongly preferred

You don't need remodeling or home improvement experience. We'll teach you the product.

Schedule

· Flexible 5-day workweek with Sundays off

· Evening and Saturday appointments required

· Reliable transportation required
