This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubaï, Lisbon or from the comfort of your couch! French and English fluency is required.

YOUR MISSION 🚀 

To unleash your creativity and give life to dynamic and captivating video content for our 3 Youtube channels : David Laroche FR (+859k subs) Paradox Sans Filtre (+69.7K subs) and Paradox Business (+133k subs), Paradox Unfiltered (+107K subs).

Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession of excelling, having a worldwide impact and not just selling products butcrafting experiences. You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level and becoming an iconic brand.

To do so, here are some of your responsibilities :

• Produce 1 authoritative educational face cam videos monthly for David Laroche FR, embedding music, animations, and b-roll to simplify complex ideas and captivate audiences.

• Edit 2 celebrity/expert interviews monthly for Paradox Sans Filtre and 1 CEO/expert interviews for Paradox Business, focusing on smooth audio mixes and multicam video to provide a seamless viewing experience.

• Craft Hollywood-style trailers to hook viewers for each interview.

• Leverage AI in your workflow, You actively use AI-assisted editing tools (auto-transcription, rough-cut assembly, AI captioning/b-roll) to speed up production, and you proactively suggest new tools/workflows as they emerge. Standing still on process is not an option.

• Drive brainstorming sessions, bringing proactive and original ideas to the table. Your vision will guide the editing style, ensuring each channel—David Laroche FR, Paradox Sans Filtre, and Business Impact—retains its unique essence while upholding Paradox's value of creating awe.

• Adhere to specific standards and checklists to guarantee Netflix or cinema-level quality, reflecting our commitment to hosting the best CEOs and most famous guests.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF? 😍

Experience

• You have +2 years of Youtube video editing experience, capable of independently tackling complex editing challenges across various software platforms. 

• You are excelling at Adobe Premier Suite with some knowledge of DaVinci Resolve & After Effect.

• Along with the expertise of editing long videos, you have edited short videos for social medias

• You have experience with creating animations in your video. Motion design is a real plus.

• You already use intensively AI in your editing workflow

Language

• French: Native

• English: Fluent

Our chosen language for written communication is English.  Currently, 10% of the team is English-speaking, a % which will continue to grow.
