Position overview
The MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader is asenior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across the MSM cluster (Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland).
This role acts as akey Supply Chain integrator and strategic partner to Commercial leadership, translating global strategy into effective regional execution.
The position is accountable forservice, inventory, cost and cash performance across a ~$250M portfolio, while leading organizational capability development and enabling high performance across the cluster.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Define and execute theregional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster, ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and strong performance across service, cost, inventory, and cash.
Partner withCommercial leadership to enable business growth through supply reliability, product launch readiness, deal enablement, tender participation, and portfolio lifecycle management.
Owncustomer service performance and customer experience, including tracking key metrics (OTIF, fill rate, lead time) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Drivecross-functional integration across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
Leadsupply chain risk management and escalation handling, coordinating with regional and global stakeholders to resolve shortages and optimize allocation strategies.
Lead and develop ahigh-performing supply chain organization, including direct team management, talent development, succession planning, and capability building.
Foster acustomer-centric, inclusive, and performance-driven culture, promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
Drivecontinuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging ERP systems, advanced planning tools (e.g., OMP), and analytics to enhance performance. Â
Ensurestrong stakeholder alignment and communication across commercial and regional leadership teams. Â
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles in complex and matrixed environments.
Proven experience leadingregional or global supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.
Strong expertise inIBP / S&OP processes and enterprise-level decision-making. Â
Experience inmedical device, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.
Deep understanding ofend-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, logistics, inventory, and customer service.
Strongbusiness and financial acumen, with the ability to balance growth, service, cost, and cash objectives. Â
Proven ability tolead cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives.
Strong influencing skills and ability toalign senior stakeholders without direct authority. Â
Experience inpeople management and leadership development is required (direct reports included).
Strong collaboration withQuality and Regulatory Affairs functions.
Bachelor’s degree required;Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Certifications such asAPICS, IBF, PMP, Lean or Six Sigma are a plus.
Willingness to travel (~30%).
