At Reece, we’re proud to support the trade and help build a better future. As we continue to grow and deliver on our 2030 Vision, we’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to three senior leaders at our Head Office, The Works, in Cremorne.
About the role
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly connected environment. As Executive Assistant, you’ll be a trusted partner to three leaders, helping them stay organised, focused and connected as they drive strategic priorities across the business.

You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare meeting materials, support reporting and presentations, and keep communication flowing between leaders, teams and stakeholders. Acting with discretion, integrity and confidentiality, you’ll be an extension of your leaders’ brand — representing them with professionalism, warmth and confidence at every level of the business.
What you’ll be doi

- Managing complex diaries, annual calendars, travel itineraries and expenses
- Coordinating leadership meetings, agendas, materials and general administration as well as organising offsite appointments and events. You will be a key information conduit between leaders, internal teams and external partners.
- Supporting clear and timely communication of business updates, initiatives and strategic priorities
- Working closely with the Operations and Senior Leadership Team to improve ways of working, and partnering with the EA network across A&NZ to strengthen collaboration and team effectiveness
- Helping build culture and engagement across the teams through positive, respectful and constructive communication
- Looking for opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and support better outcomes
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised and confident working with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels. You’ll ideally bring:
- At least five years’ experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong diary, travel, calendar and meeting coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly and professionally
- Strong relationship-building skills across senior leadership, teams, customers, suppliers and external partners
- A high level of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- Confidence preparing presentations and leadership materials
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Curiosity, sound judgement and a genuine can-do attitude
- An interest in exploring new technologies, including AI, to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
