Job Description

We are opening aunique opportunity to join Our Company asBrand & Customer Manager (BCM) for the launch of our innovative new medicine inCardiovascular disease.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants toshape a launch from the ground up, help define the local brand strategy, andcontribute meaningfully to addressing the significant healthcare burden of cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death worldwide and in Portugal.

What you will do

• Shape thelocal brand strategy and customer segmentation
• Translate customer insights intoclear, actionable launch plans
• Supportforecasting, planning, and investment decisions
• Driveimplementation of the marketing strategy across channels
• Leadcontent development and adaptation for multiple platforms
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams tomaximize launch impact
• Engage with HCPs, Scientific Leaders, and stakeholders tobuild awareness and adoption
• Track performance and adjust plans with a strongresults-oriented mindset

What we are looking for

Required

• University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, another related Health discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharma and Biotech
• English language skills at medium to high level

Preferred

• Experience in Cardiovascular marketing
• Medical/pharmaceutical knowledge; postgraduate qualification in Science or Management
• Promotion experience, including co-creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs and developing brand plans that support business objectives
• Experience in, or close collaboration with, sales organizations

Skills

• Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• A collaborative, high-integrity, and highly motivated team player
• Strong learning ability and a genuine passion for learning
• Cardiovascular or marketing experience is a plus
