Hiring: Service Administrator

• Pay:$16.90 - $20.00 Hourly
• Schedule:We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide professional customer service.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Communicate with customers regarding service visits, payments, and general inquiries.
• Process customer payments and operate the cashier/POS system.
• Prepare and maintain receipts, invoices, and other service-related documentation.
• Perform daily clerical responsibilities, including filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records.
• Assist Service Advisors and management with administrative tasks.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions while maintaining accuracy.

What You'll Bring

• Previous customer service, cashier, clerical, receptionist, or automotive dealership experience is favorable.
• Comfortable handling cash and processing payments.
• Basic data-entry skills.
• Manage assigned work and ask for additional work when available.
• Provide a professional, respectful experience for every customer.
• Collaborate well with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $20.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
