What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales and Service Managers to improve reconditioning processes, productivity, quality, and vehicle turnaround times.
• Perform inspections and create estimates for all trade-in and auction vehicles to determine reconditioning needs.
• Help ensure vehicles are ready for sale within the company goal of72 hours.
• Review labor and parts costs before work begins to ensure accurate pricing and clear expectations.
• Update vehicle reconditioning status and details inRapid Recon throughout the process.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with Sales and Service teams to minimize post-sale repairs and customer concerns.
• Conducts an initial “open recall campaigns” on all vehicles usingHome | Safercar -- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)

What You'll Bring

• 1 + yrs Internal Advisor Experience
• Experience in CDK and Rapid Recon
• BMW experience, a plus!
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate technical terms to a non-technical audience
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $50,000-$60,000 this is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hour

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
